    About L-Proline
    L-Proline is a colorless to white crystal or crystalline powder. Orthorhombic as anhydrous, monoclinic with a crystal water molecules. L-Proline, odorless, has a strong sweet taste. Melting point 200 ℃ (decomposition). Impurities are hygroscopic. Asia because of L-Proline as amino acids, and other amino acids are different in nature. So easily soluble in water (154.56g/100ml.20 ℃), insoluble in ethanol and isopropyl alcohol. L-Proline is an important amino acid synthesis of human proteins, one amino acid infusion is an important raw material, but also the synthesis of captopril, enalapril and other first-line antihypertensive drugs, mainly intermediate, L-Proline has been widely used in food and pharmaceutical industries.

    L-Proline use:
    (1) flavor enhancer; nutritional supplements. L-Proline were fever occurs with sugar amino - carbonyl reaction, can generate a special flavor, can be used as spices.
